The first time we stood in front of the locked door at 10 p.m., although according to the official Subway homepage the shop should be open until 11 p.m. So here is poor internal communication and lack of timeliness. The second time, that is today, we were there around 8:10 p.m. when they didn't let us in with the words: "Sorry, we have nothing left!" We weren't even asked what we wanted, but they just decided 45 minutes before the shop closed that, no matter what we would have wanted, it wasn't there anymore ... Pretty bad materials management in the shop and unfriendly at that.

Actually one of the better Subway branches. However, it really cannot be that at noon at absolute prime time there is just a clerk in the shop to serve the people, make bread, make cookies, refill ingredients, cash in and keep the shop clean. I felt really sorry for the employee, even if he didn't let the stress show. You probably save at the wrong end in Ibbenbüren. The line got longer and longer and some people turned right around. So it's not surprising that BK and McD were actually rated even more positively in this place.

Unfortunately, a letdown ... vouchers were not regardless of whether paper or digital. Half of the ingredients were missing and there was zero compensation for the negative experience. It still tasted somewhat but pay 7 euros on top and only half as many ingredients as otherwise is not possible.

A compliment to the employees who really give everything here but are unfortunately almost always alone (even today at 36 degrees during rush hour). This is not only questionable in terms of labor protection law but also simply inhuman. A break or a visit to the toilet MUST be included! If the person in charge doesn't get it settled, he has gotten to stand behind the counter again! Cheers to the employees, the "boss" should be fired! As usual, the quality of the products is OK.

Tastes great and is always clean. Sometimes employees only speak broken German, but they always know what they are doing, so it doesn't bother me. There are few parking spaces, but there are enough on the street.

The order for two subs then took another 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and accurate, but unfortunately very slowly. In addition, around 18 there were only two types of bread left and several types of vegetables were hardly or no longer there.
